Lesson one --
|
Building a tarot framework.
Brainstorming - Think about
everything that can happen in life and what the tarot needs to
consider.
Working with Spirit Guides.
Using a pendulum to divide the
different areas and items into four logical groupings that can
be assigned to the four suits.

Lesson two --
|
Introduction to numerology.
Discussion of numbers one through nine, ten
returning to one.
Write a description of each number from one to ten
and what its placement will stand for in all four suits not just one suit.
Write a paragraph on each suit tracing its story
with the numbers one through ten as assigned in previous exercise.

Lesson three --
Using the paragraphs
we have written, assign keywords to the 40 upright pip
cards.
Discuss openly in
class. Redo if need to.
Decide how to handle
reverse cards. Will they be different degrees of the
same subject as the upright version or will they be
different subjects but in the same vein.

we have written, and based on the decisions we have made
assign keywords to the 40 reversed pip cards.

Lesson four --
6. Assigned
practice readings using 40 pip cards
Make any corrections
or changes to keyword lists for upright and reversed.
This is the point in
class when a lot of students realize the tarot
framework is not coming together as well as they want
it too. They will want to back up and retrace their
steps getting this far.
Blank forms are
available to repeat exercises as many times as wanted.

Lesson five --
Court Cards - deciding how to use
them. man or woman, adult or child, mature in age?, teenager?,
physical being or spiritual being, messages or help from others. A lot
of decisions must be made in this area.
Write a description for the use of
each type of court card upright and reversed.

Lesson six --
Journey of Life. The
milestones that occur in life.
Astrology association
with major tarot.
Meditating a few minutes on each of
the Major Arcana fool to world.
Write a sequential story of a
journey, the journey of life as seen through the twenty-two major arcana
tarot cards using upright versions.
Make a list of keywords for the
upright twenty two major arcana tarot cards.

Lesson seven --
Make a list of keywords for the
reversed twenty two major arcana tarot cards.
Discuss lists in class
Discuss again the milestones that
occur in life causes the major happenings changes, and growth that
occur in one physical lifetime.
Assigned practice reading.

each other using newly created lists and under the

Course 401 -- August 9 - September 13, 2001
Sessions are an hour and a half long
for a total of six sessions
Students will need a pendulum, Tarot
cards reading journal and tarot notebooks for class
Class starts promptly at 7:00
pm
Course materials will be
furnished.
If attending in person, call
512-989-1394 for Class Location. Students
planning on taking course by email need to register by
August 4 in order to receive materials in time for
class. Fees
are due at the beginning of the first class unless prior
arrangements have been made. |
